Directive 93/15/EEC explosives for civil uses (MW)

In the scope of 93/15/EEC Directive (MW), Central Mining Institute as a Notified Body No 1453 of EUROPEAN UNION has been indicated in the enclosure to the Proclemation of Minister for Economy and Labour of 25th October 2004 concerning notified certification bodies, control bodies and notified laboratories (M.P 2004 . No 50, item 858), position:

• The Ordinance of 21st June 2002 concerning explosives for civil uses (Dz. U. z 2002 r. Nr 117, poz. 1007 i Nr 238, poz. 2019 oraz z 2004 r. Nr 222, poz. 2249) issued by European Union Directces Directive 93/15/EEC from 5th April 1993 on the harmonization of the provisions relating to the placing on the market and supervision of explosives for civil uses,

In the framework of authorization and notification given to Central Mining Institute in a scope of conformity assessment -Directive 93/15/EEC explosives for civil uses (MW) Certification Body:

Product Certification Team, Experimental Mine “Barbara” carries out product conformity evaluation according to procedures:

• EC type - examination
• Product verification
• Conformity to type assurance
• Unit production verification

 

Management Systems Certification Team carries out the approval of manufacturer quality systems
(conformity evaluation of manufacturer quality systems in the framework of Notified Body (No 1453) e.g. activity in the scope of Directive 93/15/EEC explosives for civil uses (MW))
according to procedures

• Production quality assurance
• Product quality assurance
